Please note: Making an enquiry does not constitute a booking. We will respond to your enquiry and if your preferred date is available, we shall provide further instructions. The OSCR Trustees reserve the right to refuse bookings. Please check the Village Hall Calendar before completing the Booking Form to check that the hall is not already booked.

Terms and Conditions of hirePolicies

Please include a 30 minute period prior to your event start time, to allow time to set-up the room, inflate balloons etc.

Please include a 30 minute period to allow time to tidy and clean the room.

EG: are you planning to sell alcohol?  This is because in this example you cannot do so without the explicit permission in advance from another organisation; along with the relevant license or insurance checks.
